LTG. Maly Socheata, the Ministry of National Defense Spokesperson:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On 3 August 2025, the second round of the field inspection tour will be conducted by the ASEAN Defence Attach\u00e9 Observer Group, currently led on an interim basis by the Malaysian Defence Attach\u00e9. The delegation includes representatives from six countries: Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam. The group will visit several key locations, particularly in Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces, which have been among the areas most affected by the recent armed clashes between the Cambodian and Thai militaries, to observe the implementation of the ceasefire agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This field inspection tour follows the special meeting held on 28 July 2025 in Malaysia, which led to the ceasefire agreement and has since contributed to improved conditions along the border. During this visit, the ASEAN Defence Attach\u00e9 Observer Group, currently led on an interim basis by the Malaysian Defence Attach\u00e9, will carry out its mission over a two-week period.
