At 11:00 AM on 4 August 2025, the Thai Armed Forces unlawfully entered Cambodian territory and installed barbed wire in An Ses, despite clear objections from Cambodian forces. This act represents a serious violation of the ceasefire agreement and poses a direct threat to peace and regional stability. The Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia urgently calls on the international community to condemn Thailand’s aggressive actions and to demand full respect for international law, particularly with regard to Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
